Hi, Im thinking of flying home for X-mas, just wondering if anyone has any tips on a cheap webpage or agent for getting a flight. So far, the cheapest I have found is $2200 CDN, but if anyone has info on something cheaper, I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks!

the oft referred to www.whypaymore.co.kr had flights to Toronto starting at about 1,000,000 won or so but required a stop in Hong Kong and Anchorage on Cathay Pacific. Much better than 2200 CDN. I am flying Air Canada..to yyz stopping in YVR for about 1.6 million that is through said website.

A multi entry visa can be had at the immigration office in Seoul. It'll cost you about 50,000 won if I remember correctly. It's not a huge deal to get one.

so that basically means I have to go visit the same office I did when I went to get my ARC correct? Leave the passport there and they will mail to me?

You can get a single re-entry stamp at Incheon airport. Just arrive extra early on your flight day because there will probably be a line.

You can? I thought the stamps they do at the airport are for only 90 days and such.
Does it cost anything?

Most of the time getting your re-entry permit is done while you wait.

Takes about 15-30 minutes AFTER you get to the counter.

BTW (updated this to the sticky)

The Gwanghwamun office has moved (they've not updated their web site despite the move in June... surprise). It's now near Anguk on line 3. The Insadong station. Basically get out at exit 6 (same one you'd get out of for Insadong) and walk east about a block (walk away from the Insadong street). It's in the SK Hub building. Second floor. You can get your single/multi entry. It's not very busy. Took about half an hour in total to get my single entry. Your mileage may vary.

You don't need passport photos for the reentry stamp.
