I am trying to buy tickets online or else find out where to buy tickets and which films are playing where and when, but the website (English version) doesn't have this info. Does anyone have info on this festival??

Thanks in advance!

I'm in Seoul so I wanted to buy before I got to Busan, I wonder if things will be sold out by the time I get there on Saturday?

I've never been to PIFF so I have no idea how popular it is.

Yeah I got a handy catalog by chance from the bookstore in Daejeon station.

General Screenings
It says that 30 percent of tickets to screenings will be held for door sales. General tickets are 5,000. You can also buy tickets
online Naver, PIFF site
GS 25 stores nationwide
Busan bank

opening and closing, triple features tix etc are 10,000. I think you can only buy opening and closing tickets on-line.

I've never been to PIFF either but I was in Busan for Chuseok so was able to do a bit of a recce. THe main thing to consider is that there are three theatre districts and they are quite far apart by subway. Haeundae, Nampodong and Daeyoung( Kyungsung University).
Nampodong to Haeundae 70 mins approx
Busan station to Haeundae 1 hour approx
Nampodong to Kyungsung University stn 50mins approx
Kyungsung to Haeundae 30mins approx

so it will pay to do some research and choose movies in the same area.

Enjoy
