This is something I've been thinking off and on about for awhile...

Which words can you find, where you can substitute every vowel in a specific letter position in the word, and it still spells a word each time?

Pat, Pet, Pit, Pot, Put

I remember that I've found a 4-letter and a 5-letter word before, but I can't remember what they are.. Smile These are the random things that go through my mind while I try to fall sleep...

No slang...B_t won't work because I don't consider Bot a real word...

No proper nouns, such as "Dane".

Ahh..I just remembered the 4-letter one... Mate, Mete, Mite, Mote, Mute Smile

piddle, puddle, paddle, peddle, poddle

Poddle is a stretch. Google gives several possible uses, though. There's a river, but proper nouns not allowed. Also some slang. Can't find it in a real dictionary, though... but t'would be nice.
