One room in a fully furnished apartment available for rent (females only; small animals okay).
The apartment is between Hongje Station (line 3; 4 stops north of Insadong) and Bukhansanseong Mountain Fortress, and is available from now until the end of August 2007.

This apartment has two rooms (both currently empty), but only the larger room is available for rent at this time. The room has a queen-sized bed (linens available for purchase), air conditioner, wall-length wardrobe (huge!), and desk; large sliding windows open onto an indoor balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, rice cooker, dishes/cutlery, pots and pans, and large fridge.

Separate laundry room has washer/dryer combo unit. The gas heater was just updated this September, and works very well.
Bathroom has a separate shower area, white sink and toilet.
Living area has a large couch with ottoman, 32" TV (with cable!), long coffeetable, air conditioner, curio cabinet, bookcase, small round glass table with chairs, and desk with armchair.


The bedroom is 600 000won/month (not including utilities), with a 5 million won deposit.

There are bus stops directly in front of the apartment complex.
Bus 110: 15 min to Hongdae, 20 to Sinchon or Kookmin Uni, 45 to Itaewon or Korea Uni.
Bus 170: 15 min to Yonsei Uni & Sinchon, 20 to Daeheung Stn & Ewha.
Bus 7018: 10 min to Gwanghwamun, 20 to Myongji Uni.
Bus 7730: 15 min to Myongji Uni.
