Warning: It is hard to see the Emart sign from inside the bus particularly the one in roman letters. The girl I had asked about going to Emart yelled Emart when I didn't get off at the stop. In the future I will ask locals or the bus driver to look for my stop.

The bagels taste like bagels in Kansas City. The croisants are little bite sized things sold with something like Cool Whip as a dip and they a sugar coating on the outside.

You can get Doritos at a reasonable price but the only plain tortilla chips are expensive and imported from Belgium. Tortillas from Belgium? Maybe I can wash the Doritos.

Cheese is expensive and the selection sucks.

I found cheap pants but I had to get them altered. They don't sell them in various lengths. Trying to find out where to get my pants altered was a mess. I had these three women yapping in Korean and measuring my legs. I tried to explain that I was a 32 inseam and held one end of tape at my crotch but she probably thought I was a pervert. I thought maybe they were going to mark the pants and then Finally they got an English speaking kid who let me through the cash registers and up to the third floor where the tailor measured me. They said they would be done in half an hour but I did another hour of shopping.

I bought some briefs and t-shirts. Emart's Ebasics brand is a little more than Haynes at Wal-Mart in the states. 3 pairs of briefs for 4,500 won and 3 t-shirts for 5500 won. The t-shirts don't stretch as much have low cut neck to show your man cleavage. I haven't tried the underwear yet.

Dental floss: Only one brand and 250000 won.

I'm glad I brought four from home. Korean shampoo is cheaper but I have the elastine brand that says "hair solution" in English. It does not make as much lather as american shampoo but I don't seem to need as much. I didn't bring shampoo because of the weight.
