My school mailed 2 copies of my transcripts to me, but no one signed the back of them. Should I drive to my school and ask them to sign the back of them? Lucky for me, my school is 20 minutes away.

I don't think a signature is completely necessary so long as there is a school sticker sealed across the back of the envelope indicating its validity or unopeness!

Rethink that one....
According to what I have read and heard, you might need to have a signature on the back flap, at least just in case.
Think "when in doubt, just do it" when dealing with Korea and Koreans.

Yeah, just find out the relevant name and sign it yourself. Problem Solved.

And if you're too lazy to find out the name. Then just sign it with something illegible. It's not like immigration are going to know the difference anyway. Problem solved X2.

You got a job already after only 6 months of searching? No one ever gets hired that quick in Korea! How's the bartender?

P.S. I posted about bartenders before because I used to date one. We broke up. I'm not being mean. But in my experience, don't date a bartender. (Unless they're hot and you just want: their bar, and their [loving]tending[care], and nothing more.)
