China restricts use of death sentence

I have to wonder if it will reduce the average of almost 5 a day they've been executing.

Hopefully they'll restrict their dirty little side-business to the rich selling organs harvested from executed prisoners as well...you know, the thousands of organs harvested where prison doctors continue to claim that "consent was given."
