Fact number 1 - The habit of clashing glasses before drinking together (Cheers etc), was original done by kings when they would meet and they would clash glasses to mix their drinks. This showed that neither drink was poisoned.

Fact number 2 - Koreans have no tear ducts. Or knees.

I heard this before, it sounds ok...

We have leap years, but truthfully there are ~365.25 days in the year. So if you divide it up you get a really small amount of time added to each day, but since all you need is less than one one trillionth of a nanosecond to make 12 am true, ... Wink

Meet the cymothoa exigua.

Cymothoa exigua is a parasitic crustacean of the family Cymothoidae. This parasite attaches itself at the base of the spotted rosesnapper fish's tongue with its claws, and drinks from the artery which supplies the tongue with blood. As the parasite grows, less and less blood is able to reach the tongue, and eventually the organ atrophies from lack of blood. The parasite then replaces the fish's tongue with its own body. The fish is able to use the parasite just like a normal tongue, except that it has to share its food with the parasite. It appears that the parasite does not cause any other damage to the host fish [1]. Once C. exigua replaces the tongue, it supplements its diet with food particles, thereby relieving strain on the host's circulatory system.

The assassin of US president, William McKinley, shot him at point blank range twice by cleverly putting a handkerchief over the gun and shooting the president in a handshake line-up. Genius! A handkerchief!!

I bet the presidents bodyguards had some explaining to do that night.

I'll one-up you on this. Scotty from Star Trek lost his middle finger on his right hand on D-Day so they tried not to show it ever. There are a couple scenes in the movies where it's visible.
