I went to Costco tonight to buy a turkey, but they only had 8 kilo birds. I need a smaller turkey. Where is the place with the best selection?

Also, has anyone ever tried to cook a turkey in one of the small Dios ovens? If so, please advise me on how to do it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

You won't be able to stuff it but the best way to cook a turkey in smaller oven is to take the back off. I cooked a full turkey in a toaster oven...a large toaster oven...but taking the back off and cooking it in sections....half at a time....

For those of us who don't know where these places are, could someone give specific directions?

If you left-click through this link:
http://wiki.galbijim.com/Turkey_dinners

You will see the above mentioned places on where to buy turkeys, plus a few others. If you click on one of those individual links, it will take you to the page that has their directions.
