Hi, anyone here on this forum who likes to play Civilization IV multi-player? Makes it easier than finding people on-line as this way we can play and save the game when we are busy, and we're also on the same time-line. |

I wanted to play this game, but can't find a copy in KOrea, and have been unsuccessful in getting a CC...and none of the torrented CIV's have worked for me...
I'd play otherwise, lol. |

Have a look on www.isohunt.com Alternatively, it's easy to get it imported for a reasonable price using something like ebay. |

I bought it from a vendor in Yongsan. |

I've got it and the expansion, and while I've played since the original Civilization in the 1990s I've never once played multiplayer before. I have won an emperor level game before though.
I'd be interested in doing this on the weekend when I'm not busy. That would be sundays. |

Ok, good. Hopefully we can get a game organised for a week on Sunday (12th), so anyone who is interested please leave a message here or send a pm. Thanks. |

Arrggghh!!! I've been tentatively looking out for this game since it was released. But I am very very scared - this could mean the end of my... Korean studies/relationship/cleanliness/desire to live a normal life...
Civ + addictive personality = carnage! I'm not sure I'm ready to get sucked back into the ultimate 'just one more turn' game!
Will let you know when I get a copy! |

Got a copy at Yongsan as Dogbert was kind enough to give me directions. Pretty out of the way basement place, but they had it in stock, got it for 52,000 WON. Not bad, seems like a legit copy, not pirated, English manual and chart and all that stuff.
Considering the shipping hassle to get it from back home, well worth it.
Now to figure out how to play. |

Thanks for letting me know. We'll set a rigid timetable that we will stick to in order to avoid it getting out of hand! |
