What's the story with bringing exotic animals over to the Penninsula ?

The snake is a Colombian red tail boa constrictor I think ...

I'm pretty sure that its absolutely not allowed.

korea already had a problem with escaped pets forming populatoions in the wild. Think American bullfrogs and slider terrapins. they don't belong here.
