My Toshiba Portege seems to be a brick now. Please give me some advice on purchasing a new laptop.
I was considering going for the tiny Samsung Q1 SSD but see some flaws in the design that kinda bug me. Now I am considering the opposite extreme, I want to get a 17" with a good battery life, solid case and possible a SSD HD upgrade (or downgrade depending on how you look at it).
I have seen some of the models in use at the middle school I work at. They seem to have some solid construction although I have heard the battery life is pretty bad.
Any advice? |

| go to www.omi.co.kr, they have a huge selection of laptops - great prices too - but the site's in korean! |
