Ja CHANA is a travel agency here in Korea. Do not use it. If you get off at the Myeong-dong subway station and walk towards Namsan you will see it at the bottom of the hill before you head towards the Chinese Embassy visa office. The travel agency has a big sign that says Chinese Visas. My boyfriend and I were ripped off by this agency. They charged us a ridiculous price for chinese visas. All I have to say is do not go there and never pay over 75,000 won for a Chinese Visa if you are an American citizen. Most citizens of other countries should pay less.

I am pretty sure Americans have to pay more.

60k won for the visa and 15k won for the service charge (courier 2 ways) is not a bad price for the usual 4 working day service. If you got it faster then you would pay more. Americans pay up to 120k won + service charge for same day service to get a visa for china. 90k won for 2 day service.

Most others pay 35k (4-day), 55k (2-day) or 70k (same day) + agency service charge (for the courier service both ways).
