Woot almost at a milestone...

Down to 201.5 pounds... In a week or two I will be most likely under 200..

Sort off I guess.

I started in Muay Thai(Busan, Ran Muay Thai Gym, Hwamyoung Dong), Cleaned up my diet. Now I am in a different city taking Kyuk Too Ki(Changwon, Scorpion Gym, Myonsong Dong).

To be honest with you I did with about 1 hour a day of excercise..

Now I have accelerated my training I really want to fight this december as a welter weight.. I have the skills I am just to heavy at the moment.
I just recently added running to my repertoir.. I am pushing 2.5 hour of physical activity everyday.

Yeah, ditto.
Based on my inability to find a time machine to transport me back to the 1930s when it was actually being used by mainstream society I'll need to rely on some kind soul to do the conversion for me.
