Anyone have any thoughts on this school? Split shifts don't sound so good, but teaching adults and having a decent salary does. Any advice would be helpful.

What makes you think it is a decent salary???

I used to work there and the pay sucks. I would say the average monthly pay is around 2.4 (plus the usual benefits) but you are working on average 192 hours a month. Do the math.

EC is good about paying on time and to the letter of the contract, but the pay per hour is quite low. The ads regarding the salary are pretty unrealistic.
