If you want a nice big place, I might be able to help.

A very big place is available. The rent is a bit high for one person, though if you're making good money it would be a great pad for a single. The deposit is negotiable, but the rent is 700k a month.

Freshly decorated, unfurnished (though they're throwing in a free TV!), very clean and here is the kicker, it's bloody huge! If it had a garden my wife and I would consider moving in! The only other downside is that it doesn't get an awful lot of natural light as it is semi-basement.

Basically it is ideal for a couple, or a couple of friends. Total size is approx 35 pyeong! It has a brand new bathroom, 2 2mall rooms (big enough for nice bedrooms or a nice office and a nice bedroom) and a huge open plan area that would be ideal as a kitchen-diner living room area. The owner is a great guy and I live close, so any problems can get ironed out quickly. I love the guy, he's my FIL.

It's located about 4 minutes walk from Hapjeong Station, so it is an awesome location. The transport links and location are great you can get to Hongdae, Sangsu, City Hall, Itaewon, or pretty much anywhere on the green or brown lines very easily. There is also a pretty good (by Korean standards-local market).

If anyone is interested then just PM me and we can arrange a viewing.

what's the real pyongage? I know a dude with THREE bedrooms, two small and one large, and the REAL pyong is something like 25.

First sorry for the delay, I dont't visit here very often.

I don't know exactly the (pyrongage) but it is big and has only one bathroom which is brand new and has never been used.

It is an ideal place for two people to share. We've had a couple of people interested, but one guy didn't like it as it isn't sparkling new and it is semi basement. You're welcome to take a look and see if you're interested.

Plus points - Great location, close to the subway and great nightlife very close by, reasonably cheap, good market very close by, great landlord (doesn't speak English but my wife can sort out any issues that may occur). washing machine installed. BIG SIZE that's the main selling point really.

Minus points - Unfurnished, no proper kitchen set up (though that can be arranged quite easily), semi basement, only a small outside area.

Again not sure of the exact pyeong size, but it is pretty big and would make a really great pad for someone willing to put a little work into making it their own. It's basically a blank canvas at the moment, and within reason you can redecorate it to suit your tastes. if your going to stay their for a while.

It's a pretty unique opportunity to tailor a place to your own specs and
would make a pretty nice pad for one or two people.

PM me to arrange a visit.
