Im interested in finding part time work at another hakwan ( I have permission from my present hakwan and I am planning to do it legally with prior approval from immigration). Given my present job, a gig teaching adults would be ideal, ie early mornings and evenings. Does anyone know how I could go aout finding a job like this?

Check job ads, contact hogwans and go through the stacks of recruiters.

Telling people where you are located in Korea might help.
