Actually, it is Japanese, but...

It was for McDonald's. There was a foreign (Europeans) and Japanese couple in the restaurant eating (different tables, they didn't know eachother). Anyway, the guy gets some ketchup on his mouth and the girl licks it off (rather sexually too if I remember right) and the Japanese couple just look at them wide eyed holding the food just getting ready to eat infront of their mouths in shock. It cuts away to whatever the special was, then cuts back with the Japanese guy with ketchup on his face (obviously put there by him) and the girl giving him a "no way in hell" look. It was funny. One person said it was racist, but I didn't think so. I just laughed hard at it (especially for Japan).
