Hey guys! This is my first time posting here and this seems like an awesome community so I'll probably be around a lot more. Anyhoo...
Do any of you have any information on or experience with PlanetESL? I'm trying to decide on a good recruiter and I can't seem to find a lot of information on them outside of their own website. I like what I see on their site compared to others but I don't want to judge a book by its cover.
Any information or alternate suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

I use planet Esl to hire my teachers. My contact there, a foreigner, is honest, and straight forward. He will listen to what you want, and try to fit you into a company that suits your needs. Just remember that they are simply headhunters (recruiters in general) and once there job is done, your contact with them will be over. But that is the case with most recruiters. He is a nice guy, but it depends on his contacts, and what he has available.
Good luck to you. |

I went through Planet ESL, and I had a wonderful experience. They were very understanding and easy to work with. They're good at providing you with lots of information upfront, and I found that I always got very honest answers to the questions I asked.
They also placed me very quickly! Within a few days of posting my resume, I had a job lined up, and I was in Korea a little less than a month later, even though I didn't even have a passport at my initial time of applying. |

Thanks for the feedback! Since it still sounds like a good choice, I think I'll fill out my application relatively soon. |

| I heard positive things about them as well. Also, try out Footprints Recruiting, they are a Canadian based agency and they have a good following. I put in my resume with them when I was searching and they were responsive. |
