| The University of Ulsan is currently advertising, and just to apply they are asking for ORIGINAL degree certificates. Would anyone actually send their original degree certificate at the application stage? Would there be any probability of ever getting it back if not selected? It seems crazy. |

No.
I went to my bank in the states with my original diploma...the guy was a notary..he printed something off the state's notary page...notarized one side and the other side was the diploma..he made me ten copies like that which i sent to San Fran consulate with my passport...for 2 bucks apiece they certified each notarized diploma copy..stamped on the front and attached a certification sheet stapled to the top back.
never send originals of anything.. |

| For the application process, I wouldn't send naything more than a plain photocopy or scan. You offer me the job before I even send you a notarized copy, and you never get the original. |

| Yep. If they affer a 2nd interview or a job. Then they can see the original. I'm glad I don't have to put up with this B.S. |
