I was wondering, as a ballpark figure, how much it'd cost to buy and have installed an extra 512MB of RAM. I was thinking probably at Yongsan.
PS. I have a Compaq notebook |

| what kind of RAM is it (i.e. ddr, ddr2, ddr3, pc3700, etc.)? The cost would depend on the type of memory. |

I want to add 512MB PC2700 DDR memory card. Having a quick scan at the websites it looks like it'd cost around 70 bucks.
Do you think Yongsan prices would be similar? How much to install it?
Thanks |

Install it? Do it yourself. All you need is a small phillips screwdriver. Then open up the back of it, pop it in (will only go in one way), then close the case. Bam, you are done.
Take the 70 one. The dollar or two you would save at Yongsan wouldn't be worth the subway ride, time wasted going from place to place, aggrivation in dealing with soo many people walking around, etc. |
