Take over my apartment
2 million won key money
350 000 won a month for rent
Located 3 min walk from The Orange Tree.
Its large for a korean apartment (I think 13 pyong but I cant remember exactly). There is a bedroom, family room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
The family room has a sofa, couch, bookshelf, tv (with tv stand), coffee table, computer desk, office chair, and side table, and AIR CON.
The bedroom has a Queen sized bed, closet and night stand.
The kitchen has a half fridge, gas burner, iron (with ironing board), toaster, pots, pans and utensils.
The utility room has a washer.
I am asking 450 000 won obo for all the furnishings and appliances.
It would be great for a couple or single person, especially someone just arriving in Korea.
Takeover date preferable Nov 26, but this can be negotiable.
