Small semi-furnished bedroom (double bed) in haebongcheon. Prefer female, non-smoker, and there is already a small dog so no more pets. 450,000 plus utilities.
The apt. is 3 bedroom, seperate kitchen, large bathroom w/tub, big balconey and roof top access. I would like to keep one of the bedrooms as a office/storage room. Still in the process of furnishing the place. Close to itaewon if you want to party but please keep the partying there.

| Rent is 900,000 . . .hence half the rent is . . .450,000. |
