So is that republicans can't be gay or gays can't be republican.
That's kind of like saying men can't be lesbians.

I went to school with a guy who changed into a girl but (last I heard) ended up marrying a girl (and she was hot too, never could figure that one out)... |

No, I don't think you can be a memeber of a prty that hates your guts. Its like having a Jew be a Nazi, their values oppose one another. Except for a few exceptions, most gay republicans are guys so deep in the closet they can't see daylight. See: Ted Haggert, Mark Foley, and the biggest of them all Roy Cohn. |

Bill Maher says many Republicans were frustrated on Election Day because they wanted to vote the straight Republican ticket, but couldn't find any straight Republicans.
Actually, Foley was pretty open about his sexuality. It was just in his official policy positions that he played the other side of the street. |
