Question Does anyone know any names of student magazines or consumer magazines aimed at 16-24 year olds? Question

Any info you have will help me!

Instead of hoping that English teachers will volunteer their help with the market research for your company for free, you'd far much better by going to the job board and incessantly email every email address to every school, recruiter, and business that you can find on there. You need a Korean working with you or for you on the Korea end, otherwise you're just going to keep banging your head against the wall.
