I downloaded IE7 from Microsoft and it's annoying me. The pages take a long time to load and sometimes they fail to load.
I've never had any of these problems with IE6 so I'm thinking of ditching IE7 and returning to 6.
what do you think? |

I upgraded to IE7 so that my wife could surf Korean websites. It was glitchy to the point of being completely impractical. I migrated back to IE6. Everyone that I know who has upgraded to IE7 so far has uninstalled it quickly afterwards.
I agree with the Opera comment, for XP systems, it is the clear winner for speed. Though, it isn't guaranteed to work on the Korean, IE dependant, internet. |

I guess I'm the only one here who is not having problems with IE7, though I only use it for sites where Firefox is useless. |

I'm in the same boat as ed.
I use firefox, and IE7 for the wife to do Korean online shopping.
I did have a glitch with IE7 and email programs (Incredimail and outlook), where they wouldn't read hotmail. This was soon cleared up by visiting the link below.

IE is still a giant piece of shit.
I used firefox but with the release of firefox 2.0 I had nothing but crashing problems. So I gave opera a shot, all I got to say: OMG is it ever fast and runs great on school computer. |

If I were you, I would change your email address so that it isn't readable by a spambot, or else ask people to PM you for more information.
Leaving your email address out in the open is just asking for it to become a spam junkyard magnet. |

I Installed IE 7 in 2 of the 3 computers in my household.
I have unnstalled it on 2 of them because it hangs up bigtime. uses 99% of cpu usage and hogs memory - takes way too long to get a page to respond. And I am talking up to date Pentium 4 computers each with over 1 gig of ram and running smoothly - until I put in IE 7. |
