Hi, How om earth do you managge to apply for school jubs in Korea, eithout going through a recruiter??

First learn how to spell. On this website there are too many recruiters and not enough schools hiring directly but be patient. Personally, I prefer to talk directly to an institution but there is nothing wrong with going through a recruiter. I don't but many do and have had great success. If you have little to no experience then be grateful to get offered any job.
