| I've searched for this school on the message boards but haven't seen anything. Anybody know anything about E2 Academia in Changwon? Thanks a lot. |

| Nope. Don't know anything about the school but the city is a decent place to live. |

The director works them hard.....they do get paid but it would be one of the toughest hagwon jobs in Changwon.
I have known 5 different people that have worked there and none of them have resigned to work there for a 2nd year...they have all stayed in Changwon but gone elsewhere. That wold give a good indicator of how good it is to work there..... |

I nearly accepted a job here, everything was looking/sounding good until I spoke to another Hagwon owner who informed me that they had a few midnight runners lately, which made me think twice.
The teacher I was interviewed by seemed alright and he did say that he was re signing this year. But, if people are running there must be a problem somewhere! The contract in itself seems fair (mainly as they used my edited version) but the main problem that I had with the contract was non payment of air fare until arrival and payment on the 15th of the FOLLOWING month.
I suppose if they pay you that is half the battle won, but how long are you prepared to wait until payment is made. |
