A friend of mine has chronic insomnia.
Anyone know of a sleep specialist or sleep centre in Seoul...?
I searched the net, but couldn't find one... |

Just give him some K-Pop to listen to.
Seriously, why doesn't he call the English information line? They'll find one for him.

My husband had a snoring problem for several months and the local university hospital had a room where he slept and they connected him to all sorts of wires to see if the problem was neurological. I assume that other large hospitals would have the same sort of setup and possibly a doctor specializing in sleep problems. |

My boss and his driver both went to see the same sleep specialist recently. It was about 800,000 for the over night testing they need to do. Both received different diagnosis and treatments and both are now sleeping through the night. If the 800,000 isnt too steep of a price for the test, I will get the info from my boss. |

Suggest ambien (zolpidem). You can get it from a doctor or over the internet. I realize there are a lot of arguments against it, but it was the only thing that ever worked for me without feeling "drugged." Real insomnia makes you feel as if you have a form of mental illness and impaired every aspect of my life. Sorry I can't suggest a good sleep clinic. |

you could try this place. Call them and ask if they know of anyone in Seoul they would reccommend. I have found Ks to be really nice about sending your business elsewhere when they can't help you. |
