So the Greens failed to win the seat but they came in second which brings me some hope that maybe they will pick up some seats in the spring.

Thanks for posting this. I've voted Green in the past, but I no longer follow Canadian politics. Sometimes I feel that I should, but it's all a farce anyway. I'm not sure even the Greens are as great as many people once perceived them to be ...
