I'll be moving to Paju shortly, and don't know that much about it aside from reading the website. For instance, are there any Starbucks or western bars? What about Hapkido gyms, or regular gyms for that matter?
Thanks all.

I've been told that Paju has the only English-style restaurant in Korea, selling things like fish and chips etc. I don't know if that's true, but I intend to go there soon to see what it's like.

My friend says there's one called "Banger's" in Busan. If that's true about the one in Paju, it's probably at the English Village pub, where beers are 4000 won a glass...for cass (with the silent "c").

It's a dump. Dumpier in some places than others, but pretty much an overall dump. Why not just be in Seoul?
