www.kbs.co.kr
www.mbc.co.kr
www.ebs.co.kr (but that's for educational programs).
I think virtually all channels have programs on demand, probably live tv too but I've never looked for that. I use them all the time to study Korean.
Usually the last few episodes of a program are available in high 700k, medium 300k, and low quality 50k options. The first you have to pay for but the free medium ones are okay. Beyond those recent episodes though only low is available and its so bad it's unwatchable.
The only problems with the sites are that you have to register to watch, and I don't know if foreigners' id numbers work because I use my wife's, who is Korean. You'have to know a lot a Korean to navigate the sites anyway though, so if you get a Korean friend to help you they'll probably let you use their number. |

| www.kbs.co.kr allows you to see most programs free and registering is easy and in English. www.mbc.co.kr charges and foreign registration is difficult. You must fax your ARC among other things. http://www.sbs.co.kr/ charges for most programs, but some are free. The registration is in Korean, but easy. Nothing unusual is required like MBC's site. |
