I've been downloading torrent files for about a year now and I've decided I want to start "giving back" and creating my own files.

I've looked at the tutorial on the uTorrent website, but for some reason my attempts never work.

Can someone give a basic rundown of what I'm supposed to do????

open utorrent
press ctrl n or go t file and go create new torrent
click on the folder that you'd like to create said torrent for.
save as.
be sure to include the address of the tracker you'll be uploading it to. You can get that from the website itself, generally under uploading.

Then go to the website (ie oink.me.uk or www.thetradersden.org), click on upload, fill out the forms. Then upload your bittorrent file, then download there's (they add hash marks to personalize it to their tracker)


and then just leave your client open

depending on the site you might need to rar it first.. are you looking to up it to private trackers or public ones??
