| I have been at a public school for about 9 months now. THis morning my coteacher came to me and said that I must register for NEIS (National Education Information System? My guess). He said that it was mandatory for all public school teachers as you use this system to book your vacation. My question to other public school teachers with EPIK is, Are you signed up for this? Is it really required? I am somewhat skeptical as my coteacher has told me a lot of b.s. in the past. |

| Never heard of it, but my school would probaly jsut sign me up without telling me. (thinking they had done a favor by not bothering me with it) |

I am not sure if NEIS is what my co-teachers have made me fill out every year, but I am supposedly on some Gyeonggi computery system thing.
Annoys the hell out of me, cos at every school (my BOE makes me change every year) asks me the same questions and understandably I get pissy cos I know they already have that infomation. My co-teachers have to download some programme to access and upload my personal info. |

| Oh, but on re-reading the OP, using that to book my paid leave? Doubt it. I must not be on NEIS then. *wheeeew* |
