| I'm going on a visa run soon and would like to take a few days off exploring somewhere new for about 4 or 5 days. I'm trying to decide which place to go to. I've never been to either one of them. Has anyone been to both of these places? Which one did you like best and why? Does anyone know if it is possible to do a visa run in Singapore? Thanks. |

| Hong Kong, because it is less flat, and more scenic. Singapore doesn't have the scenic harbor or Victoria Peak. This time of year hong kong is cooler too. Both are pretty ideal though. |

True but... if you are willing to venture... you could hire a car and drive over to southern Malaysia from Singapore or get a ferry from the ferry terminal just north of Sentosa island to an Indonesian island.
Hong Kong... there's Macau to check out too. |
