Anyone have any recent links or information on cheap places to stay in Boracay? What are my chances of finding a place without a reservation durring the last week of December? |

It won't be easy or cheap during the last week of December in Boracay.
Best bet is to try some of the Philipine style resorts. They will only run you about 15-30k won per night (including breakfast).
I can think of the A-rock, Tonglen, the cottages behind Alices, rooms above D'mall if you are staying for more than a week. There will be something but it may not be all that nice.
You can reserve rooms at places like Nigi-Nigi for about 45k won per night (double). Best happy hour on the beach and decent cottages.
Slightly lower priced is CASA CAMILLA http://pages.zdnet.com/AsiaBill/id1.html . Tell Bill or Lorna that a friend from AWAWA recommended you. |
