Okay, so I'm presently in Phuket with the girlfriend and I have a few questions..


1) The girlfriend wants to know where the Korean section is, or at least where the Koreans hang out. I know, I know, you don't have to tell me how lame it is, but I had to fight tooth and nail NOT to take a Korean package tour here, so I have to compromise.

2) Where are the best places to go? I didn't research this trip at all. I see tons of flyers and ads for things like James Bond Rock, Phi Phi Island and such, but have no idea what's worth it.

3) Girlfriend and I both have our open water license. There are a bunch of sites here but we don't know which ones we should check out.

4) Any good bar listings would be appreciated too. A couple of my buddies from back home are meeting up in a couple days and they'll want to know where the party and pick-up bars are.

5) Any areas around Phuket that we should check out?

Last time there I saw quite a few Koreans drinking in Patong in the ladyboy area. Koreans seem very fascinated with them. Some have been seen in Banana Disco at night on the beach road in Patong, as well.
