I'm planning on going to Korea to teach for the first time ever in the spring. Because I don't have teaching experience I think a hagwon would be the best place to start, as long as I'm not expected to create all new lesson plans right at the beginning. My main concerns are finding a place that pays on time, pays into the pension, health insurance, etc. I'm not as worried about a high salary and I'm very open on the location (although I think I would prefer a city on the larger end).
What I'm hoping for is to find someone who likes their job but is planning on leaving or knows someone else who is leaving. I'm aiming to start around March, but I'll go as early as January if I find something I really like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
