I lived in a town called Yesan, in Chungnam Province. They had a market once a week or every two weeks or something like that. You can buy goats as well as most other animals there. Yesan Station, 2 hours south of seoul on the Janghang Line.

There's no reason to buy one. Just rent one for couple hours. |

I thought the guy looking for lockpicking tools was stranger.
If you just want meat, I've heard the halal butchers in Itaewon may be able to help you. |

a lot of places there label mutton as goat and sell it because goat meat is too hard for them to find. |

I just cant picture some white guy milking a goat outside his house.. or maybe inside his apt..
dude, this is korea.. not much room for the goat to run around and haze on the grass..
although the goat might make a good pet.. lol
sorry dude, i dont know anyone or anyplace where u can get a goat.

Moran Market, Seongnam has plenty of live goats. Not sure how old they are though. Also, there are plenty of dogs for sale too, if you're interested. |

How much are they? I have a big veranda, and there's nothing out there but plants. Put a big pile of rocks in the corner and it'll have something to climb (if it's a mountain goat). Then again, veterinary care might be a bit difficult to come by. Hell, there's the internet- I bet you can find out plenty about goat care off the net.... That'd be fun to take it for walks- have to get a pretty strong leash though. You could probably even be on one of those animal shows- I've seen ppl with pigs in their house, racoons, etc., etc. You should get the book "Gregory the Terrible Eater" about what to feed goats- it was my favorite book to read when growing up. Apparently goats like garbage, according to the book.... |

Back in Kazakstan we had goats living with us in the house. Nothing is warmer than a goat in the bed with you.....right, Borat. |
