Surprisingly enough, most pharmacists speak fluent English even where the doctors and teachers do not. I've heard that it has to do with Pharmacist school requiring English Knowledge.
Anyway, just walk in, hold your mouth, and in your best whiney voile say "apo" or simply "ow". The pharmacist will quickly give you some incredibly strong ass drugs. If you truly want aspirin, simply point to it, or pick it up and give it to the pharm. In 9/10 pharmacies its right there at the front as its what most people need. |
