Poor Miss CLG is feeling very ill after hosting a Thanksgiving dinner.
All that turkey, gravey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. My poor stomach is not used to such food. However the thing that got me into trouble was the stuffing. As I ate too much while preparing things.
Meat sweats are on their way. |

Did you roll onto a couch and watch a football game afterwards? That's the key, right there. |

Try unbuttoning the top button of your pants as you sit down to watch TV (preferably American football). |

Did you cook the turkey first?
Raw or undercooked turkey can make you sick
Did you prepare and stuff the bird night before?
Bacteria from the raw eggs in the stuffing can contaminate the bird.

And it'd only set you back $200. |

Not everyone can make the trip to Seoul.
Smoked turkey legs are fairly easy to come by and probably a good alternative for those who don't have an oven or simply don't want to be stuck with a lot of leftover turkey.

There used to be a turkey farm that had turkey for sale online (45000won or so for a bird ready to cook), but their site is now down. You can always try your local farmer's coop to see if they can put you in touch with the right farmer if you want a whole bird. |
