| Just a hypothetical...a friend of a friend may or may not have been charged with possession of a controled substance. However, the charges were stayed when they were brought to court. Does anyone know how if this will be on a Canadian criminal record check? And, if this friend of a friend of mine might have trouble having her E2 visa extended (as she'll be working at the same hagwon, I understand she can have her stay extended??? -- actually, I'm not even sure that that is right) Thanks for your help. |
