Well, at least I don't feel so bad anymore. I'm 27 and I was starting to think that I was falling behind in life. But now I see that there are lots of older people who still do crap jobs like teaching in Korea.

28!

Oh, I should add that I lived in Korea long-term between the ages of 21 and 26.

It seems that you're still working up to being a failure and working at a crap job in a foreign country...

I wouldn't exactly call my job crap. I enjoy what I do, I get paid pretty well and I'm good at it as well. It also doesn't hurt that I get 5 months of paid vacation a year.

Just because you have a crap job doesn't mean everyone does.

Let's see- You've been a member on this ESL forum less than a month and you're calling the profession a crap job. And it's implied you don't even live here yet? Why even bother coming? No one wants a stain like you on the environment.

My mistake. I figured nobody in their right mind would still be doing such a "young" type of job that pays so little.
