When is the best time to look for public elementary jobs starting Sep 2007?
I am working for GEPIK and I feel short-changed by the measly vacation they allow. I know it's a bit early to be looking right now, but I want to make sure I don't end up in the same boat next year.
Also, any tips regarding recruiters would be most appreciated.

Recently, it's been very hard to find one that isn't 14 days vacation. It will probably be like that for a year or two before they realize they are complete jackasses and that having the teachers sit around doing nothing for 2 weeks is not as useful as giving them those extra 2 weeks off (to make atleast 4) and retaining good teachers. |

| Go to the city hall of whichever city you are wanting to work and find out directly. Gimhae is hiring as we write, so I imagine other cities are as well. |

| WorkNPlay and other big recruiters find teachers for public school postions in Seoul. They do the initial hiring from March to May. |
