Like the thread title says...

does anyone know a dealer who would have a DV card, cable (firewire) and software for video capture from a JVC camcorder to a PC?

I can get to Yongsan on a weeknight if I knew where to go. A dealer/shop closer to Seohyun station would be nicer.

I tried danwa but had some problems navigating it.... If someone has a link I don't mind ordering directly via the net from a Korean site.

Thanks.

Any firewire card will do and they can be had at almost any shop. Video capture can be done with Movie Maker, which is built into XP.

Sorry, don't want to hijack the thread, but I want to know how to do this cheaply.

I want to transfer some video tapes and camcorder 8mm tapes to digital video. What's the cheapest setup for a Windows XP system? Any recommendations?

Thanks
