Hi guys, I could do with some advice.
What kind of apartment could I rent in Seoul with key money of 5 million won and salary 2.8-3 million?
I want air con, furniture, modern, etc. Is that feasible?

| I don't have personal experience with this, but from what I understand, you may be looking at 10 million KRW for key money. Many people can negotiate with their employer to put this down. As far as your salary, it is a good one, so you should be able to afford at least a studio or with all the trimmings you mentioned. |

| 5 key million is doable but you'll have to hit a few 부동산's though...I found my apart for less than that but it took some searching... |
