Im looking for some DVD's which can help the older kids learn English.
Does anyone know of any kind of real situation dvds where you follow the characters in the story and then answer the questions in the books etc..
anything interactive will be cool..
My boss wants to get something like that..
any help will really appreciate it

The CBC has some stuff for ESL that may interest you if you don't mind Canadian content. Video, audio, related worksheets for before and after.

go to the major publishers web sites and if you can't find it send them an email to see if they can help you
At least one of Oxford, Cambridge, Longman, or MacMillan have got to have something along those lines. |

Take a look at the books "World Link"
There is a regular teaching book and a video course.
The video is actually retty interesting and will help your students while not boring the hell out of them.
Don't buy the regular book...just get the video, video book and the video workbook.

I suggest this program. I've also met the author and publisher...they visited our uni a month or so ago. |

I used the Oxford Mystery from Cambridge years ago.......like a soap opera, murder mystery. I was pleasantly surprised but more geared to an older crowd.
I'll take a look around our library for something that might work for you..
