Housing goes up housing goes down. Home ownership is a long term investment. In FL there are way too many "speculation buyers". They buy property on paper Pre-Construction, then a bunch of other speculators start buying from the initial speculators never intending to reside there they just keep circualting the paper, bacically a ponsey scheme ensues, without any true conspiracy the last guy with the paper loses.

ditto with phoenix and vegas. there was some stupid crap going on for a couple years. it was like the the real estate version of the dotcom era.

Speculators should all burn.

Afterall, they're the reason the housing market went up so fast and high where normal middle class families could not afford to buy houses at ridiculously high price.

Let them all burn and let the normal middle class families rise up.
