my second grade high school students (boys) are brats!!!

same with my boyfriend's hs (girls).

i know that they're born in the year of the horse (and white horse at that, something very special), so are they spoiled at home? the classes are also much larger than 1st or 3rd grade classes. are they desperate for attention?

whatever it is, i'm not going to pity them when they start the 3rd grade regimen at the end of december.

My 2nd Grade HS students are great. Well, one class is a bit dull and lazy somethmes, but for the most part they've been an absolute pleasure to teach this year. I've only had some serious disciplinary problems (in relative terms) with one students from this grade the whole year, and she's since learned why turning your handout over and spending half a lesson just sitting there sulking isn't a good idea.

If you want to see brats you should try 2nd Grade middle school girls, when most of the trouble makers have all ended up in the same class.

When I knew I was being posted to this city, I was DREADING going to a girls school. I ended up in a boys school, and I am sooooo happy. I'm sure lots of people will say girls are great, but I'll take boys any day.

My problems don't start until I get to my 4th-6th grade boys. As for the girls, I have a few 6th-grade girls who tend to make my life hell.
