Where is this cartoon from? Someone had it as their avatar months ago, and I love it. I'd really like to know more about it, and find more cartoons like it. Is it part of a series, or just a Far Side type of thing?

It says you've been living in a cave since 2001.
The cartoon as photoshopped does appear in the original All Your Base video.
